GROWERS Introduces GROWERS Connect Text Message Platform, Marketing Services to Help Ag Retailers Thrive
DURHAM, N.C., May 04, 2022 – Today, GROWERS announced the launch of GROWERS Connect, a platform that allows agriculture retailers to build text message campaigns to send to their customer and prospect lists. The tool was created to help ag retailers get the right message to the correct audience through the ability to filter contact lists and send messages to those contacts. In addition, the GROWERS Connect team offers marketing services which include email, digital advertising and marketing strategy resources. GROWERS Connect was created by ag retailers’ consistent feedback that marketing was a gap in their businesses that they had little knowledge or resources to fill.

GROWERS Connect allows ag retailers to upload their customer lists and subdivide those contacts into groups to serve specific text message campaigns. Examples of campaigns that could benefit retailers include upselling complementary products, serving field scouting information by region, or inviting customers to regional field days.
There are various levels of access to marketing services in the GROWERS Connect platform. The Basic package grants text message platform access, including unlimited contacts and text message campaigns. The Advanced package offers additional marketing support through email marketing in the form of regular e-newsletters and email announcements on behalf of the ag retailer. The Professional package combines the first two offerings, plus marketing strategy support, digital ad creation, and campaign implementation, including landing pages and lead management.
